General
The VG disc arm grinder is the 2nd generation of our semi-automatic deburring machine. The machine is suitable for various finishing operations on metal pieces such as deburring, radiusing edges, removing slag, polishing or burnishing. VG makes it possible to process your pieces safely, consistently and quickly. These may be large or small pieces. We hold these with electromagnets or with a vacuum system.

The balance arm
The arm is floating and helps the operator to work on his pieces. In this way, the operator can easily and efficiently work on the pieces with the same pressure everywhere. He can determine the pressure himself.

Work surface
The machine has a working area of 1300 x 800 mm. As standard, there is already vacuum support for machining small parts. Vacuum holding of parts is indispensable for fast and safe work.

The deburring disc
The brush or deburring disc motor is frequency controlled. The control is done from the operating handle just like switching the motor on and off. The head is rotating so that we can quickly switch between different operations. The standard equipment on the machine is a deburring disc and an edge rounding brush. A Starter Set Plus is also available. This includes a Velcro carrier, 10 abrasive discs P80, 10 abrasive discs P120, edge round brush for steel, edge round brush for aluminium, edge round brush for stainless steel, SB polishing disc P180 and SB polishing disc P280. The following brushes are also available: oxide skin removal, slug hammer, 3D for machining of set parts.
